And the house doesn't feel right to me for a bunch of different reasons.

I had fixed it up and poured some real money into it.

And I remember calling my friend saying, I'm selling this house.

They'd all visited it.

And they were like, how can you do that?

And I said, because I made a mistake.

I'm out.

And I may take a hit, but there's no point pouring more money into this pit.

And so I think sunk cost goes across so many different financial decisions.

And it goes into sort of job decisions as well.

And so cutting your losses and the ability to openly say, I made a mistake.

I own it.

And then move on.

I think with my children, I taught them that.

And when I see them make wise decisions, financial decisions, I think, okay, that's one thing I taught them.
