Yeah, also in these kind of ultras, it's so nice to have just advice from people who already did it.

It just makes you feel more comfortable and more safe.
I mean, I did a lot of things very wrong in the first onbound Excel.
And it was it was the worst ten hours on the bike in my whole life.
Like the last ten hours, which is so painful.
And uh like I didn't carry that much car carbs with me.
And I had a lot of fat, like just from the American gas station, like nuts and stuff.
And uh I had a like s just saddle saunas.
It was so bad.
Um I mean I got a l I I really got a lot of advices from Cynthia before my first Unbound, but I can't really like remember a particular one.
Um
Hm.
Maybe the the thing with the saddle saunas, it wasn't I probably someone said it to me, but I just wasn't uh too sure about it that it's really that important to to have it clean and to to keep it clean.
So I just went for a pee and then just went back on my bike without taking out like uh a wipe or something.
And with this experience, I know like every minute you lose taking just out a wipe and get yourself clean, it helps so much in just staying pain free.
And probably someone said it
before to me, but I just didn't realize it that it's so important.
