And it's with lots of things.

Like for example if you have a like a little stone in your shoe and you're like, no, I'm not gonna stop but at some point you have a blister and you're like, No

If I would have stopped, like I wouldn't have a blister now.

So yeah.

Especially in these long races, like there's like a minute is nothing.

Yeah.

But if you're in a race on the other hand side, you're like, no, I can't stop.

Like maybe she's there.

Now she's like overtaking me.

Yeah, true.

But yeah, on the other hand side you're right, like truck and onwards going so fast, it's ridiculous.

I gets a proper race, just long.

For myself, yes, because the first year I s like in the first couple of hours I was in a group with men.

But then I did more or less the whole last like the whole night and the the day by myself, just as an like time trail kinda.

And this year I wasn't that much alone.

Like there was always people around me, so you adapt the speed from them as well, which is not always ideal for an ultra.

But it also makes it a bit faster and less boring.

But on the other hand side, this year I was like, please let me alone.
