We have another motion, I believe it's number thirty two, that allows us to develop use specific standards.
And that motion is where staff would like the opportunity to come up with a reasonable amount of
um a number of events and parking and things of that nature.
The two are a bit at odds, but we would work within the the limits that you give us.

Thirty two would at least allow us to help mitigate some of the impacts.
One thing that we haven't touched on is agriculture is supposed to be the primary use.
If there's an unlimited number of events, agriculture is no longer the primary use.
