Good evening.

Thank you very much for letting me come and speak tonight.

See if I can top that one.

I live in northwestern Loudoun and I'm not happy one bit about the exploding transmission towers and lines being proposed and forced into this board's designated transmission corridor.

I hope this board will defend the conservation easements, the prime soils, our scenic view sheds, the local tourism, and what is left of our farms by filing as interveners opposing these towers and lines and insist on burying HVDC lines when the Virginia SCC applications are filed.

Since you're so interested in undergrounding the Mosby line, we in Northern Western Loudoun expect the same consideration and support.

In addition, I have become aware, per the Loudoun County News, that there's a Loudoun County infrastructure work group.

Of the 50 people on this committee, 14 are the data centers, 11 are the energy companies, 10 are Loudoun County staff, and of the eight remaining, there is not a single private property owner or HOA from northwestern Loudoun represented where these massive transmission infrastructures are wanting to plow through.

So now we have to feed these giants with power and I would like to know how and why 22 administrative applications for data centers were grandfathered in so that they could build by right even though that doubled the square footage of data centers in the county and the public would not be able to comment on those 22 administrative centers.

In closing, regarding the town hall held last night, while much was discussed, I don't believe on any of the presentation slides anywhere was mentioned about the moral wreck and rebuild, the valley link north, or the wreck and rebuild of the 514 line that's dumping more power into the alley.

And I believe your constituents would like to know if your plan is to keep recommending to the SCC of shoving them into the designated existing right-of-ways, i.e.

your corridors, that this board has designated in CPAM.

What is your position if the roads are at maximum capacity?

Will you be fighting to put them underground or taking more land to accommodate the beast?

What are we doing to fix this?

I'll be supporting this application as well after heavy consideration.

I believe that as a few of my colleagues have mentioned about the grid reliability and in order to provide that for that electrical power for our residents, these lines need to be provided.

I'm thinking about the last week that we had

with the temperatures being over 100 degrees.
