After consulting with staff, I'm removing the Smith switch road connector project from the prioritized sidewalk and trails list because it's already incorporated in the Smith switch road project we funded in the end of 2024.
The project will be replaced
not swapped, with what I've been told is the next ranked segments of sidewalks, and that's the Ashburn Village Boulevard at the Dulles Greenway.
I believe these Ashburn Village Boulevard missing links to be the last unaccounted for missing links within the half mile of the Ashburn metro, of the metro station.

I support this motion because as Vice Chair Turner stated, the Ashburn Library that we have now, it can't get any bigger.
We're going to have to find another place to build a library in the eastern part of Loudoun.
