So why is redevelopment important?
Well, first of all, redevelopment really touches all of these different items identified on the screen, and it really drives forward a lot of the things that you've already talked about.
in your strategic plan, so it advances the tax base, placemaking, quality of life for residents, and so it hits everything, and it really focuses on connecting land use economic development with community needs.
As I mentioned in 2019 is when the county's redevelopment program was in economic development and tourism when it was officially launched.
