Now you have a 20-acre site, and you can really make an impact in delivering this small area plan.

And they said, yeah, we can't afford that.

That's non-income producing land.

There's no rent on that.

So all you're doing is carrying costs.

So we came in and the board approved a $750,000 economic development opportunity fund incentive to help that developer assemble that property.

That plan has now gone through entitlement and it has been approved.

The building plans are approved and phase one will hopefully be breaking ground in 2026.
