And they're going to working with the developers or pitching, you know, the new chicken and pickleball or whatever new.

We're not doing that.
So it is, we're fitting it in as part of the job because we understand that the community, the residents and the board, everybody wants a Trader Joe's, right?
So we know that and we're working on that.
But it's not, I don't have somebody dedicated or resources specifically dedicated to,
advertising and attraction and going to the conferences where you actually meet all of these corporate site selectors that specialize in retail.
Completely different site selectors in that world than it is in the world that we traditionally work in.
There is no plan for that right now.

And I think it's,
if the board wanted to move forward with creating any of these tools.
It is spending that extra time up front, thinking about all of those scenarios so that you're trying to mitigate those situations and those scenarios.
And then also,
You know, I will say Prince William County, I've just been very impressed, you know, my six years of being here that the way that they have structured the incentive agreements and land sale agreements, it's already almost built in to the.
uh, the standard that we're mitigating this risk on the front end because we, I guess we've lived and learned.
