So I'm going to say yes and no.
So we did the first retail inventory study, which I think is a great example.
you know, uh, baseline.
And so having a plan that that is continuously updated because that's going to identify which of the year, which of the, um, properties may have lost vacancy or the tenants have changed or, you know, et cetera.
And so that will help you hone in on where those, those challenges might exist.

So I think having a plan to continue to update that and monitor so that we have a good inventory of what those shopping centers are and that we're being mindful and watching them.
From a redevelopment perspective,
one of the reasons why we had that original baseline done is so that we could identify those shopping.
So we're already watching those and we're trying to outreach to the property owner to find out what their plan is.
I mean, some of the challenges is some of these shopping centers are owned by institution money and as long as they're generating a rent roll, they have no desire to redevelop it.
Um, and so it takes,
It takes a lot more to be creative about thinking about how can we, how can we make change happen there?
And can't do anything,
go into your,
You know, I,
That's a challenge.
I really do think it has to do with product and placemaking because our incomes are here and the demographics are here.
Already we know folks are going to Tyson's and Fair Oaks and Reston and downtown to get the services that they can't get here.
