I can't fully answer that question because since we're not proactive, we haven't been able to really dive into truly defining what is, what is preventing them from really investing in Prince William County.

And so we get excited when we get a whole foods or sprouts or,

some of these newer businesses because if they do well, then that builds confidence.

I think probably one of the biggest challenges is just really at this point, like reputation and confidence.

Because we don't have those types of retail businesses here already,

there were that were being overlooked.

And so, um, until there's some level of confidence with those high end retailers, they're, they're not going to invest in our area.

I've got four questions, I think.

One is, the one question I have, when you talk about your redevelopment incentive toolbox and the re-evolving loan fund that you mentioned in that toolbox, how can we assure that there's equity as it relates to resources

especially with small businesses and minority-owned enterprises and adaptive resource projects in historically under-invested quarters.

Because that's what I'm experiencing in Potomac.
