is ready to go, but we have a challenge that we're working through with Prince William Water.

The criteria that was established for who could receive these potential funds, or what we were recommending to the board,

was actually based on the small businesses criteria for the Restore Retail Grant and the Micro Grant within the pandemic.

And so that criteria

was then opportunities for everyone.

And it was really geared more truly at the small business, the retail owners, restaurants, and so forth, no matter where you're located.

And that was how the program was.

We were going to recommend it to the board.

Okay.

So that could be an opportunity for us going forward as well.

Absolutely.

So the other question that I have, you know, we had an excellent

dance when it came to assemblage with a project that we were working on.

And so talk to us a little bit about that piece and how it can be simplified so that it is, when you talk about a historical district, how that could be an advantage moving forward with a

tight process

sometimes you don't even know where the owner is living.
