Yeah, that's what I was going to ask you.
You know, perhaps with some additional pressure, but I watched that press conference this morning that Mayor Adams did.
And not only for what he said, but for the people who came out before him and were standing behind him.
And he had some heavyweights within the African-American community, specifically in New York.
Hazel Dukes, the godmother of the New York NAACP.
Bishop Daughtry.
I mean, just a lot of people whom
they wouldn't be standing behind him if he was going quietly into the night.
So I just think that this is something that is gonna play out over the course of weeks actually.
And depending, the Southern District of New York federal prosecutors, they usually do not come out and give us more than what we get when the charging document is made public.
And so today we heard from the Southern District of New York.
We heard from the prosecutors about why they brought this case and what the charges are.
And we usually would not hear anymore.
But today we also heard from the mayor who gave a press conference, which I was watching the press conference just like, I couldn't believe this was happening.
You know, the staffers, I'm sure the lawyers are like, oh, what is happening?
But in a day and age where he is not only fighting in court, I think he's also fighting in the court of public opinion.
And I don't know how this is going to play out, but it is just in general a sad day for New Yorkers.
And frankly, a distraction, yet another distraction for Democrats.
But at the end of the day,
For all those people that say, you know, the deep state is being and the government is being weaponized just against Republicans.
