And my first guest is comedian and now author, the one and only Kyla Cobbler.
We spoke in Galway at the beginning of September, just as her new book, Happy Thank You More Please, was released, and it's already topping the charts.

But then when I suppose when you look at the last five years of your life in particular, you can really see like
