I was saying this actually um to somebody recently that so my daughter will be five in November and she still loves to be carried, which I love because I know the day will come when she doesn't want that or so I'm like clinging on to it.

But there was a time there where I was she was getting bigger.

Yeah I was like, God, I'm struggling with this, but because I'm I'm I'm training now and I'm I'm I'm uh you know, I'm I'm lifting heavier, whatever.

I'm like okay

Yeah.

It's getting easier.

That's where that's that's what matters to me.

I exactly it's not about getting into a certain size or looking good in a certain dress.

I don't care about any of that.

No.

But being able to lift my daughter uh comfortably, that's that was a lovely feeling.
