I don't think we've had a situation where we looked at, say, the speech or the rhetoric of pro-Palestine activists or activists of whatever stripe and decided that would be grounds for us to detain them.
And I think it's an important distinction to make
that this is only kind of about deportation.
It's really about punishment.
Like that's really like the infliction of pain.
I don't think we've had a head of the Department of Homeland Security turning that into effectively a reality show.
