No, I haven't really changed anything.
Although I do feel in the last, I don't know whether everyone would agree, but in the last 18 months, I've definitely felt maybe more anxious.
But maybe it's because I control things more.
I mean, my health anxiety has plagued me since I was in my 20s, actually.
And it does definitely go, you know, in swerves up and down, up and down.
And there are some times when it is crippling and it's horrible.

Oh, I mean, I go through space of, you know, we often say that I finance the doctor down in Hampshire where we live, like what would happen if I wasn't around?

We have a lot of doctors down in Hampshire.
So I have a couple of best doctor mates.
