Maybe you've walked by a coffee shop and you haven't visited, but they know that you visit in the past.

There's an opportunity, particularly if you have information.

The idea that you can actually personalize the interaction with consumers down to certain behavioral segments now is going to allow, I think, the agentic commerce world to feel more personal versus less personal in the future.

It's a programmable interaction with the consumer.

Yeah, well, they are yet another piece of data about the consumer and their intent.

So if you are enrolled in a loyalty program, you have intent to spend with that brand.

That needs to get factored into these LLM decisions.

If you have a gift card in your wallet and you have $25, $50 that you've already received and you know is spendable with that merchant, that should be considered.

as the model is making the decision.

So that's part of what we're working on.

And we're also working with third-party marketplaces to make sure that B2B customers have access to that same data.

So I think this is going to help.

I think gift cards, loyalty, all of those, they're consumer touchpoints.

And they're going to get factored into the agentic moment of the future and help make it even more personable and potentially more convenient for that consumer.

So if you understand in the moment of purchase that you have X amount of loyalty points, you have gift card balances, and you have a preference for this shopping experience, you're going to make that purchase.

Yeah, I think Australia has a chance to lead.

So I know this from my years in mobile payments.

You were one of the first to go fully mobile and allow for mobile payments at the point of sale.
