So, yeah, to me that was, all right, his pitch count, the number is 40 pitches.

And him and Pavetta were on that same pitch.

They were on the same track.

So Pavetta throws 14 pitches.

He was supposed to throw 40 around that is my assumption.

So it's an injury.

Just absolutely sucks.

The first outing and that pitch that he threw, it's not like it was a breaking ball.

So like it immediately walks off.

So to me, he obviously felt something.

He knows his body.

He knows what injury that was.

And that just sucks because he was so pissed.

You can tell he was so pissed once he threw that pitch.

And thank goodness that the Padres upgraded their rotation because now, let's say, Pavetta's out for the year.

You've got Musgrove maybe coming back.

King, Robbie Ray...

Casey Mize, and then Walker Mueller or Randy Vasquez as the five.
