Asking good questions.
I remember having a leader that I knew, Mick, had no idea really what my job was, but he always asked me amazing questions.
He didn't understand the details of anything, but every time I got into a meeting with him, I'm like,
man, I got to do some homework.
I got to go dig some stuff up.
So he was leading me, not from a place of expertise, but by asking questions.
And I think as leaders, as we get better at asking the right questions, we'll start getting better answers.
