And it will also help grow those that we lead because just like I was caught off guard and those that are following us are going to realize, hey, wait a minute, maybe I don't know this as well as I thought I did.

Resilience.

My life has certainly been filled with ups and downs.

But I think one of the things that God has blessed me with is the ability to recognize that this moment is not forever.

So even in those tough times, I'm not going to always be here.

And being able to recognize that and build a plan to move forward, no matter what life throws at you, I think is what I hope defines me when all is said and done.
