Good morning, likewise.
Sleep is important.
I have, unfortunately, between the snoring and the bright lights.
It's just time to establish some boundaries.
Yes, it's just excessive, especially it's now wrestling.
So I can't stand it.
So wrestling at night.
Okay.
It's nonsense.
And the snoring.
It's all the time.
It's a light rumble.
It's disruptive.
If I wake up in the middle of the night, it takes me 15 to 20 minutes to fall back asleep.
I have to nudge him.
He apologizes.
It's a mess.
So at least this way I can go to sleep by myself.
I can enter into deep REM sleep.
And then when he joins in the bed, I don't even know he's there.
