My name is Tara, and I'm a bliss and happiness coach and retreat facilitator.
I help people to tune in, tap in, have an experience of bliss, of unconditional love, joy, peace beyond all understanding.
Then I give them the tools and techniques to actually live it in everyday life.
I love my humanness, but a lot of times I feel like that gives people a reason to hold on to the negativity or the blame or the resentment.
What's important is that we own those and we feel them, but that we're also willing to let them go because the spiritual energies are higher and in order to raise our vibration, we got to let go of the heavy stuff.

I help people to tune in and tap into their inner resources and to not just have an experience, a spiritual experience, but to actually like grounded into everyday life.
Well, I help people to tune in, tap in, have an experience of bliss, of unconditional love, joy, peace beyond all understanding.
And then I give them the tools and techniques to actually live it in everyday life so they can overcome the challenges, the negativity, the negative emotions and tune into the higher vibes that, you know, contain joy and all the good things of life, abundance.

I've had a fascination for just pushing the edges my entire life.
And, you know, I was in my real estate career and I recognized a few quirks that I had that I really wanted to be better.
And that's when I got started in personal development.
And from there, I just grew and had this fascination of just being my best self.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, snowboarding probably saved my life.
My dad took me on a random ski trip when I was 20 and it changed the trajectory.
And the movement helped, I think, more than anything.
