It helped to just move and move the energy that I was experiencing, which was just depression and stagnation and anxiety.

And, you know, not even having a will to live and, and then it's snowboarding brought me into a new world.

My dad took me on a ski trip to Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

No, I was I was never a snowboard instructor, but I couldn't.

I was like, if there's powder on the mountain, I'm definitely not going to be waiting on anybody else.

So I was never instructor.

I actually became an entrepreneur instead because I was like, I need to set my own hours.

I need to live my life.

And that's where my entrepreneurship was born.

I host retreats and I also do online workshops.

I do coaching to help people to live lives.

They love to live, to, to have Epic relationships, to make more money, to live the lifestyle that they might not even know or think is possible.
