There's a lot of noise out there.

And so if you can find your way that people actually reach out to you, that's where people can really see, oh, I am going to see the results.

This is going to work for me.

Yeah.

Well, yeah, I was teaching some group fitness classes.

I was doing a lot of one-on-one coaching.

And then the first thing I ever did was February of 2018, I launched my first eight-week program.

It was just a PDF that I sent out.

We had a bunch of videos associated with them.

I did.

It was fairly small at that point.

Yeah, it was a $99 eight-week program that I launched online and put it on my Squarespace website and just, you know, put it out there.

And I ended up getting like almost 100 people the first time I did it, which is awesome.

Wow.

And then I basically just took that profit and made another one.

So right after that eight weeks, we just did another eight weeks.

And then I was like, oh, this is actually working.

Let's make this like a bigger thing.

Then we created the monthly thing on Shopify is where we started it in July of 2018.
