But it is sort of a core principle that I make myself go back to when I start to feel like, oh, I haven't posted anything in a long time.

So I, I try to do enough that people are intrigued by my books and yeah, I mean, I have kids that are in sports.
I've got a very busy life, so I just simply cannot have that be too high up on my priority list.
I have to stick to the writing and, and,
let it be, you know, something I'd go to when I had the time and the happy energy.
I've had so many.
I've had quite a few people that have tattooed things and then floored every single time.
I've had people give me things, like embroidery things.
One of the most pivotal things that happened for me that I think about all the time is I went to the first big book convention I've ever been to.
It was over in London and I met a reader who had read Funny Feelings and told me that Hazel, who was a deaf character in that story,
her being outgoing and wanting to dance and everything even though she obviously couldn't hear music this this and my name is Rachel she told me that Hazel's story made her want to put herself out there and she's a she herself was deaf and so I mean I burst into tears just because she was like I started a bookstagram because of that so I'm talking you know I'm
interacting with people in the book community and just kind of putting myself out there.
