apply the principles and the framework that we use often is around self-compassion and being kind to ourselves and treating ourselves like we treat our friends.
If we could just do that for ourselves, I think that's a really big piece of this puzzle as well to learn to embrace.
There'll always be something that surprises you.
I mean, you know, I mean, I learned to embrace my body and I feel really good in my body.
And I've had that consistently for a number of years.
But in 2020, I, you know, after being with my first husband for like 19 years, we separated.
And then all of a sudden I found myself dating and the possibility of another man seeing my naked body after I had my kids.
And I was like, hang on.
I'm not sure how I feel about this.
I've got feelings on this.
And I had to unpack that.
And I think this is the thing, right?
There's always going to be something new to deal with.
And it's not always good.
You know, there's always going to be a challenge.
There's always going to be something that happens to you in your life experience as a human that makes you question like, oh, how do I feel about my body in this moment?
But that's okay.
