Because it's very easy to say, okay, we're not stepping into hiring and firing of clinical decision makers, but that line can be blurred, especially if
You're not policing it and maybe no one you know, a lot of times
you put an agreement in place, but people aren't kind of consulting that agreement all the time necessarily.
And uh we talked a little bit about Nashville.
All these cases were ultimately dismissed or the ones we talked about, but there were some Lily cases on some telehealth lawsuits.
They actually brought as
They brought an action claiming the corporate practice of medicine was violated because there were some instances of kind of the blurring of those lines and overlap of non physicians making certain decision, making authority or having officers of
you know, non physician officers or presidents, things that they couldn't do under applicable state law and they said, Hey, you know, in addition to the other claims they were making on these compound compounded GLP one
um actions that they were also kind of alleging corporate practice.
Those were dismissed for lack of standing, but I think they were very eye opening when you look at some of the pleadings and some of the back and forth and they looked at Reddit posts and things like that about some of the actions of those um
management companies and how they were kind of overstepping into and providing maybe medical advice and things like that online and in response to consumer questions and things.
So just the continued policing of the services that are actually being provided.
to make sure that even if you set it up right, that things haven't shifted or or that you know, that there's not been kind of a overstep of kind of what you can and can't do from a clinical versus a you know, a management or business um authority perspective.
So
I think that's where where I would leave it.

And like I said, we've had to uh change kind of our
analysis a couple of different times based on um just the last two two or three months.
So I can only imagine what the next what the next year is gonna bring.
