And I I would add to your list of other laws, the unlicensed practice of medicine, there are criminal penalties as well.
Even in those states that don't have the corporate practice, if you cross the line, you cross the line into the practice of medicine.
And if you're not licensed, there's gonna be problems regardless of whether there's corporate practice in the state.
So just kind of adding that in as an additional consideration.
And then you mentioned the state the state law and the state lines.
As we mentioned at the outset, every state is different, right?
In terms of how they regulate and what they regulate and that could be
Certain states have limitations on services that can be provided by an MSO.
So in some states, marketing, certain marketing activities are deemed to be kind of patient brokering, for instance, and things cross the line where a an MSO can't do marketing.
Um, there are other limitations, like I mentioned, hiring and firing.

How?
You know, looking at the relevant
restrictions within a given state because the management agreement might be have to look different and what the management company can do might have to be slightly different in various states.
New York, I know can't you can't use percentage of um you can't use percentage based payment, right?
Um and so there are other considerations like payment where you might have a percent of revenue, even for s things like billing and collecting services collection services that in some states that payment
may have to be structured differently from a compliance perspective.
And then I think um
Even if you have it all set up right, you've done the structure, you know what each state needs, you've looked at the serv the management agreement, you've kind of analyzed what services can and can't be provided in any given state, there has to be a kind of a continued policing, not only of the of the laws, because as we've talked about, they continue to change.
daily it seems, um, but also of how the services are actually being provided operationally on the ground to make sure that they don't exceed the authority.
