Especially for MSAs and things like that, we do usually get valuations done.
We wanna make sure that we're structuring the management agreements to be consistent with fair market value.
Um, we're seeing the levels I think come down a little bit from from an overall deal value perspective from
COVID, there was just a lot of money uh kind of floating out there for deals.
We see that c rain being rained in a little bit.
Um, but there's still a lot of companies out there that have money to spend.
And I think once they get a sense of
where these regulations sit, you know, they they're still doing the deals.
I uh the deals are still happening, maybe on a slower time frame or maybe more selectively in those locations where they feel like the landscape is a little less
volatile.
Um but as I mentioned even with Indiana, sometimes
Even estates that you think might be less volatile are still kind of pushing out um more and more and more.
kind of propose legislation that are kind of focused on these efforts.
