Let's get into it.
The New York Knicks completed one of the most dominant playoff runs in NBA history with the title-clinching 94-90 win over the Spurs in Game 5 of the finals on Saturday night.
And Jalen Brunson carried the Knicks with a historic performance.
He becomes one of four players
joining Michael Jordan, Giannis, and Bob Pettit.
Bob Pettit back in our lives to score at least 45 points in a closeout game in the NBA Finals.
He was the unanimous choice among the 11 voters for Finals MVP.
And that graphic right there, if you're on YouTube with us from ABC, sort of sums up Game 5 perfectly.
Jalen Brunson, 45 points.
Rest of the team, 49 points.
Cause this guy was special on a night when everyone was sort of struggling to score.
Yeah.
Brunson carried the offense tasks.
I mean, what a performance.
What a show.
Glad it finished this way for Brunson, because through the first four games of the series, the most memorable moment was going to be OG's tip.
