Um and so he did enumerate some of those.
Um the WPI backdrop was were not was not among that list.
Uh it was, you know, things
the Middle East don't settle down, AI demand spills over more into into broader inflation outcomes and and you know supply potential uh uh supply growth is is even weaker than than expected.
And so those are kind of the things that they're watching in terms of inflation risks.
And I think, you know, again, that didn't really affect market pricing, but it's just kind of continuing to reiterate that the RBA doesn't have a lot of buffer with policy where it is at at at the moment.
Uh, look, let let's hope so.
I think your your point the the the point there is, you know, we know we know that they need to see evidence that the labor market is continuing to gradually ease and that growth is is below trend.
Um and so I think, you know, it's always worth reiterating that that can happen just with slower employment growth rather than with a a sharp rise in layoffs.
Um but yeah, certainly they want the unemployment rate to be creeping higher, not creeping lower over the next year or two.
Yeah, that's that's right.
So, you know, we did see that kind of surprising outsized jump in employment last month.
So it'll be interesting to see what what we get this time.
Um, you know, consensus and and us look for a you know a fairly big moderation from the the pace of growth there.
Um consensus at plus twelve, we're marginally above that at at plus twenty.
Um and expectations after the unemployment rate to be steady at at four point four percent.
Um we'll also be looking to see we saw the participation rate jump.
Last month, we've seen the under underemployment rate kind of trending higher over the past few months now.
So we'll be watching to see if those sorts of things sustain.
