Domestic in investment more heavily.
And so that certainly got some interest.
And so I think, you know, around that, you know, there's comments were fairly out of the blue.
I think there's a lot of details still missing here.
And I think it's worth noting there that kind of the GPIF has already published its investment plan for this fiscal year.
And so, you know, if if there is a move in this direction, it could take some time.
But you know, it certainly could be meaningful.
The GPIF has about a 50-50 split between international and domestic investment at the moment, even if they kind of move back to what the what the split was pre-pandemic, that's something like 60-40 in in favor of domestic investment.
So, you know, there could be a fairly meaningful flow behind that.
And I think that certainly contributed to some of the the outperformance that we saw in in the yen and and uh and JGBs.
Meanwhile, you'll you've still got this kind of
looming intervention risk in in the background there um that's relevant for kind of you know the um for the yen as well.
And, you know, there has been that shift from Japanese authorities towards kind of more surprise.
And so I think the absence of any kind of increasing verbal jawboning can kind of be be read in that context and not necessarily something that should be putting markets away from the sense of uh of of intervention if the yen does get back up towards kind
You know, one sixty two and a half, one sixty three.

So employment data from Canada, um, pretty decent, I I think is the the summary.
Um fell a tenth to six point five percent on the unemployment rate.
It was expected to stay at six point six percent.
Employment hardly shooting the lights out at plus eighteen K, but that was a little stronger than was expected as well.
