Um on that that front as well, in terms of expectations of kind of how quickly uh supply could resume. voice-verified

There's some reporting that um one US official expects a a normalization within voice-verified

And there was another US official that warned that, you know, there's still the, you know, um little problem that there are some mines that that need to be removed as as well. voice-verified

Yeah, so I think when you look at at the RBA, it was a unanimous decision to to leave rates on on hold. voice-verified

That was, you know, that was universally e expected. voice-verified

Um, I think when you look at the the characterization in the post meeting statement and in in Bullock's press conference as well, was reasonably measured in terms of their interpretation of of the recent data flow. voice-verified

They were talking about growth that had had slowed but was slowing kind of broadly as expected. voice-verified

And they were, you know, again voice-verified

kind of very careful to to note that that slower uh growth that is you know seems to be evident in in the data so far and is expected to continue is very much necessary given the the starting point of of capacity pressures and and elevated inflation. voice-verified

They're also you know looked with pretty appropriate skepticism you could say at the the jump in in unemployment in April, they weren't um seeing that as as signal of kind of you know massive imminent downside risk to the labour market. voice-verified
