Yeah.
Uh it was yeah, I had some good conversations with the club over the past sort of couple of weeks, JB, and um it was about three AM last Tuesday night, Wednesday morning, I woke up and I rolled over um in bed and said to Ellie that uh no, not Bill, not that Bill.
Um rolled over and told her that uh yeah, it I I'd sort of made up my mind and um it was gonna be my last year, to which was a bit of a shock to her.
Yeah.
Yeah, not in my wildest dreams, but I thought I'd I'd be here nearly twenty years later.

Yeah, a premiership on the back of that would be nice, J B.
That's certainly what uh we're trying to achieve this year.
However, if we don't achieve that, mate, it's uh yeah, I I'm incredibly grateful that I've been able to, yeah, as I said, live out this dream and you know, it just creates so many memories.
Um, as we know, being in a footy club, you just
Meet so many beautiful people along the way, whether they're
you know, coaches, players, support staff.
I'm currently sitting in here with uh our head of high performance uh Maccas.
He's giving me the thumbs up making making sure I name him.
But um just to be at a you know, you don't just have them in your phone book for the time of being in the club.
You have them for the rest of your life.
And I think that's really what I've enjoyed and I'll I'll take away with me um you know when I'm retired that I've got mates best friends
