Emergency crews are conducting search and rescue operations following a partial collapse of a parking garage in Philadelphia.

Wednesday afternoon, the seven-story building was under construction when part of it fell.

Police say at least one person is dead, two people are missing.

Fire Commissioner Jeffrey Thompson says the search would be a protracted operation as crews first needed to stabilize the structure.

Artemis 2 and its crew have conducted a historic lunar flyby on Monday afternoon, traveling further from Earth than any human in space, surpassing Apollo 13's mission in 1970.

Artemis 2 pilot Victor Glover says he and his crew members cannot wait to get back to Earth to show NASA and the rest of America what they discovered.

Glover explained that he'll be thinking and talking about this experience for the rest of his life.

NASA planning for at least one moon landing and potentially a second in 2028.
