And like you mentioned, it's just another sign that there's not alignment with this team.
And the last thing I want to talk about was this really weird Ian Rappaport tweet that came out of nowhere where he was lobbying for Devin White to get votes for Comeback Player of the Year.
And granted, Devin White is not even on...
you know, like the betting sites favorite, he's not even on the list of his favorites.
Um, and he was citing his tackle numbers and, you know, I don't want to go too down on Devin white, but it like, it does bring up the question, like, is he a type of player that you want back?
Um, and do those tackle numbers matter?
And to me, I think the tackle numbers are one of the most inflated numbers, um, or, or one of the most useless stats.
I mean, to me, I think he's a,
He is an improved player from the player that was in Tampa Bay because I think he's actually decent against a run now.
But he gets lost in coverage so much.
And for a fast linebacker, you cannot be that bad in coverage.
Sometimes he gets pushed back because of his size.
So I think there's just too many shortcomings in his game.
To me, he's not a guy that you want as a long-term starter, though he was fine in his role.

Yeah, I think to me, probably what happened was Devin White's agent texted Ian Rappaport, like, hey, my guy needs some juice.
He needs some juice for a new contract, and we'll see if the Raiders decide to bring him back.
I think it's probably likely they'll move on from him, but...
I wouldn't be opposed to have him back as a depth piece next season, but I don't think that they should be thinking of him as a long-term starter.
