They're not as concerned about whether or not the stock is going up or down.
How do how does that element of REITs How is that done and and what what's your sort of outlook
So it's kind of a hybrid then where you're getting something that's a bit bond like.
Yep.
Uh from from the dividend and and and you're saying that that
you know, when they have strong cash buffers, it means that like things would have to go very, very bad for them to cut that.
But there's the sort of equity element where the value of the REAT could still go up.
So so and then that adds up to your total return, the dividend you're getting plus the stock has gone up.
That's a great question because I feel like while obviously they all have the they own a property, interest rates matter to all these stocks.
We're talking about things that have totally different economic drivers, senior living data centers.
