And I look at, I think you're so right that this can apply to every aspect of life.
You know, I always use the word manifesting so much in my life and in so many interviews and I've used that word, but a lot of it is like,
doing the work, taking the inspired action, figuring out the goals, figuring out the things that you want to call in.
And then it's the let go.
It's the surrender.
It's the inflow state in gratitude, in deep gratitude.
And that has served me so well in my life in every aspect.
And I always return back to that place.
If I'm feeling sticky or wobbly or vulnerable or something's going on, I return back to the inflow state and the deep, deep, deep gratitude.
And living from that high vibrational headspace, it is just pulling more high vibrational people and connections and opportunities and joy.

I mean, I don't know if I expected to have this many kids.
I wanted it, but I let go of that expectation and it has unfolded in the most beautiful way.
And of course, I've had my valleys where I've had losses and things haven't gone exactly to the plan.
But what gifts, like what everything has been a gift and an opportunity to learn and grow.
Definitely.
I think kids are our greatest teachers.
I know we've heard that so much, but I'm particularly interested in parts work at the moment, which has been this really fascinating concept of learning
When in your childhood you were faced with a particularly scary or traumatic or vulnerable moment and your need wasn't met in the way that the need should have been met at that age, like a part of you splits off at that age.
And that little version of yourself lives in you.
