in the context of a subpoena and uh uh if you're ready to move on to that we can.

Yeah, I was just gonna say I have been to court several times this year or and last year, uh
after we uh objected to a part two subpoena.
Um
the other side wouldn't agree to a court order uh without involving the judge.
So we actually went to court, asked the judge to either clear the courtroom or hear us in chambers and um
Those things are actually required by the part two rules for um
ruling on an objection and and issuing the appropriate court order.
And in that context, um, the subpoena's never enough and the satisfactory assurance concept doesn't go anywhere with part two.
Um you have to have this court order and it's very specific.
It's it's uh has certain terms that you can't get the information any other way and that um
the interests of the public um are served by the production and outweigh the damage that the production might do to the relationship that the patient and his provider have.
So it's it's it's very the rule is very prescriptive as to what that court order says.
And that's usually the most recent situations I've had, it's exactly what was going on.
They were family law matters, maybe custody matters.
