She's known for singing her own songs, but she released a CD called The List, on which she sang some of the songs from the list of 100 essential songs that her father, Johnny Cash, made for her back in 1973 when she was 18.
We spoke when the album The List was released in 2009.
I want to play another song from your new album.
And I was thinking of Girl from the North Country.
I think you do a beautiful job of this.
Bob Dylan wrote it.
It was on his 1969 Freewheeling album.
