Um but we also are able to find buyers that say, you know what, I I love that resale, but maybe it's on the wrong part of town, but I really like that franchise and we can do, you know, some franchise referrals as well.

So we're we're kind of the dual agent there, um and we can bring qualified buyers for new opportunities as well as for the resales things.

And we do this, you know, on the front end for the franchise or at no cost.

Um, you know, it doesn't cost them anything to be in part of our program.

It's a it's a free program to them.

Um, so you know, those are those have been the most successful things uh that we've kind of gravitated toward as far as why our program works for franchise ours over the last sixteen years.

Um you know, the the there's a baby boomer push and maybe I'm jumping ahead.

I I I know you wanted to talk about this eventually, but

Um, you know, there's a baby boomer push.

Um, you know, the the seventy eight million bab boomers in this country own a lot um you know, we're talking, you know, over a million, maybe two million small privately held businesses in this country and

uh the wave has already started.

They're they're exiting.

Um and so it it's just gonna become more and more rampant I think over the next, you know, three, five, ten years.

Uh, we're gonna see unprecedented number of businesses for sale in the open marketplace.

And um, you know, uh uh so I I I think that there's been a lot more activity, a lot more chatter about this uh recently and I think it's just gonna continue and as you said, uh, you know, just today you got

You got me talking and you got the Rawls group right.

So it's uh it's definitely on a on a on a lot of people's minds.
