The American people fought back.

So at a minimum, even if the Democrats take over in 2028, which I'm actually very skeptical they will, but even if they do, the industry,

is going to have to factor in the additional lawsuits and the additional fact that this is now a political conflict.

And then if Republicans ever get power again, they're gonna be in even more trouble for doing this.

So I think Matt Walsh could be right, but we can't, Steve, we cannot rely on the courts.

The courts have screwed us every single time they've had the opportunity.

So we can't trust them.

We have to push forward and keep banning this stuff.

We need a nationwide law

banning sex change procedures, at least for minors, and we need liability protections for everyone else.
