Is this a universal problem?

You know, most workers who have had to kind of learn how to remote work because of the pandemic also had to learn some of the sort of niceties involved, even just in the technology, right?

What's the best way to set a tone for

in a meeting if you're trying to tamp down on, you know, people who are talking too long or people who are saying things that are irrelevant to the subject of the meeting.

Right.

And yet on the other side, you also do want to make sure that everyone involved feels empowered to speak up, right?
