And now we work with most of the major grocery retailers here in the UK and are starting to expand that model internationally as well.

If somebody got sick from the food that they were eating, do you take that liability as a business?

Yes, we do take that liability.

And before we even launched this programme, we retained the services of one of the UK's leading food safety lawyers.

And we've got a very, very detailed food safety management system, which is signed off by our primary authority in the FSA.

We've had over 150 million meals worth of food redistributed by the platform.

And we've had no serious instances of food poisoning or anything like that.

So for us, we think about success really in two main dimensions.

One is impact.

And so we've got our environmental impact and our social impact, which we measure very carefully.

And then there's the commercial success, because Oleo is a profit with purpose business.

And we need a sustainable business model.

So we're very close to getting to profitability, which will be a major milestone for us.

Because for too long, we've been very frustrated on the journey.

People hear what Olio is doing and they immediately default to assuming that we're a charity.

And I find that quite frustrating because people assume that only charities can do good in the world.

But sadly, not many charities scale rapidly at the pace that is required that Olio needs to do to solve the problem we're trying to solve.

And businesses are renowned for operating at scale, but often they fail.

So I think there's a different – it depends what level you look at the narrative.
