all good yeah yeah so tell us more first of all just give us a bit of an overview about the agents academy what you guys do yeah so agent academy it's uh cic um we're based in liverpool mainly but you have a studio space in manchester as well and it's it was designed just over 10 years ago um i think it's in the 12th year of uh
it's a life cycle at this at the moment and basically we help young people who are either graduates or they're locked out of the marketing creative or digital industries and they come on the academy to further their experience and use the academy as like the bridge between you know how do i get a job i haven't got any experience and i need to you know find
employment and further my career.
So that's why the academy exists.
And yeah, we typically have different programs that span across the year, but the main one is a 12 week course or program that I kind of lead.
Yeah so if people don't know Agent or Agent Marketing is based in again Liverpool and Manchester started 20 years ago now and the CEO Paul he created the academy off the back of it and he kind of notified that there's an issue and there's a gap for people who want to become creators or work in digital marketing and
Yeah, the agency has grown from strength to strength, especially post-Covid, more so in the Manchester side of things.
So the academy's followed suit as well.
So yeah, we typically connect with partners around the North West, but mainly around Liverpool City region if we're focused there.
And then in Manchester, we try and connect with big employees and people who can employ young people and help develop the next level of talent.
I know you've had Craig in doing bits.
Yeah, we have.
Craig is a resident.
Craig is a resident.
So yeah, as part of the programs, as I mentioned, we have industry speakers who come in.
So we invite them when we create a program.
We think it's really valuable to have people like Craig from the on-field rapport.
yourself, Neil, lots of other people and local businesses come in and tell young people like what it's like to actually work in the industry, the type of roles that are available, and also the importance of how, you know, someone might start as a marketing executive, let's say, but it doesn't mean that's where you're going to end up.
You can develop your career in any kind of way you want, but the best and the most important thing is like trying to break into the industry.
Yeah, so it's, well, we have different programs, but the main program, like I was talking about, is called Rise.
