We'll review that application and then we set up like an application day.

A bit like in the university, you have like an open day, taster day.

We invite some people down and then we create a challenge for them as well.

And then in that challenge, we're identifying whether you're right for the programme, whether we can help you with whatever career trajectory you want, because that's very important as well.

It's not just a one-way thing, it's a two-way stream.

And then once you're on the Academy cohort, we have a client.

So the client is kind of like sponsored our program.

They give us a client challenge.

And that challenge is what the young people on the program are going to tackle.

So it's something real world.

It's not just something like we've made up and just thought, you know, hey, we got off Google and we're going to just pass it to you.

So that's kind of like the selling point, the driving point.

It's a tangible experience.

You get to hear from people from industry.

You get to develop employability as well.

So with help with CV, help with like growing the network and just teaching them how to kind of be more employable ready, employability ready, I should say.
