You learn not to do that so much when you're young.

It gets pushed out of you.

And then you go to work and you're much better at it.

It's not great.

I mean, I don't like dunking on Gen Z completely.

I think they definitely have some skills that other generations don't, but they are very uncomfortable in the workplace in person, and they don't like doing these uncomfortable negotiation cooperation type things.

They also really rely on GBT and other forms of AI to do this sort of heavy lifting for them.

Yeah, they do.

Like 90% of them like go to LLMs to ask all this stuff.

So here's what's scary about that.

The LLMs are sycophantic.

So they tell them you're, you know, you're doing great.

Your boss is the one that's the problem, not you.

It makes them feel more confident in their skills, but also less likely to execute on what the LLM tells them to do.

And so you both get kind of withdrawal from the social interaction and overconfidence at the same time.

And I think, you know, because of that combination, it's really putting them at a disadvantage.

There's also a bit of a failure to launch problem where a lot of them aren't moving away from home.

And so they're not getting that independent experience.

But that's also, you know, associated with a lack of relationship experience.

And so there's a huge negative stereotype against them.
