Well, we could be saying, you know, well, gee, you know, five out of five losses is bad, but no, this sixth one will work.

But there were still people on good old Sky News and the Murdoch Press who were saying, oh, no, no, no, no, this one's different, this one's different.

But they've all given up now.

And look, when these other regime wars started off, they started off, they were never wildly popular in America, but they were sort of, you know, had more than 50% support.

I fell for the propaganda after 9-11.

Me too.

You joined the military.

Me too.

Now, I used to, so I was fully in favour of Afghanistan, fully in favour of Iraq, and I was following it really closely, and I cheered it on publicly.

And it's just going really bad.

So you get to about 2007, 2008, and I'm saying to my mates, I'm saying, okay, I was wrong.

This was a mistake.

But I do, and this is what I said, I said, I do truly believe that Howard and Blair and Cheney and Bush, they really did have good intentions.

It didn't work out, but I think they were trying to do the right thing.

Now, the big turning point for me was then about three years later,

Libya.

When Gaddafi's there.

And Gaddafi was the big baddie from the 80s.

He was like the big baddie from the Middle East in the 80s.

But then we didn't really hear from him for about three decades.
