But they made such a big deal about Trump being a naughty boy challenging it in 2020 that when Trump won on 2024, they just had to accept it.
They couldn't say it was illegitimate.
So it was just glorious.
And when he first got elected, Trump had never slept a night in Washington, D.C.
He was a New York boy.
He'd never really had a reason to go to Washington.
So he was just like, Mr. Smith comes to Washington.
He just sort of did not know what was going on.

He had bad team around him when he first got elected.
It was half MAGA and it was half the Republican establishment.
Because Trump sort of thought, oh, well, the establishment knows their way around this town.
I need their help.
I can understand where he's coming from.
But they all ended up quitting and writing books about Trump and backstabbing him and going on CNN and saying, oh, he's Hitler, he's Hitler.
and uh but anyway so then he and then you think about what he put up with you know january 6th was ugly then you know there's two shootings then there was about 15 million legal cases they were trying to jail him they're trying to bankrupt him right and then all and then he wins it was it's it's it's it trump truly is a legend it's a legendary story this guy that what he's everything he's achieved now
just really sad to see that he's just basically become what we used to expect of the Republican Party.
And I think it was, you know, like this isn't a new movement.
This is just business as usual.
